Do you put down cats if you are overcrowded

We are in a shelter network. If, and it rarely happens, we are filled, the animal will be transported to a shelter that does have space. Local and nation wide.

I would never kill any animal, offer ir around first then take it to a shelter if there is no other option

If they are not sick I wouldn't kill it
