Florida Cash Home Buyer Gabriel Garcia all are just thieves ! They stole our$20, 000. Demanding to close on a property they never showed us not even once came to find out because Florida Cash Home Buyer didn’t own the property meaning they didn’t have access to show it. Even when we asked for the showing. Be careful with them! Because they put together they own contract if you are to sign a contract with them make sure to sign the “Farr Bar contract “ which will stand in court They got these home owners properties claiming they are buying the properties cash from the owners which is a lie. They just swapping the property hopping to find someone else to buy it from them quick.

Hi Steve, we buy mostly residential properties, but are open to commercial as well. Anything from single family homes, condos up to apartment buildings of over 100 units. Do you have a property you're looking to sell?
