I believe so. A year or so ago one my cats got pregnant before I was able to spay her and we, my family, relinquished ownership of them as we didn't have the means to care for all of them. From what I remember, the payment was $25.00 per drop off.

It depends on the quantity. I don't know the free limit, but you will have to pay to offset the cost of spraying, neutering and shots if you bring over a certain amount. I took 4 kittens there and was charged $40. One or two may be free. Call ahead for info. Good luck with everything.
