We were not impressed by the food or service and felt there are many other better choices at those prices. If you have to wait, why not go some place else? We had no choice because our friends wanted to meet there. We still don't get why people want to go there. If you have to go there why not make a reservation?
Not sure about 4pm, but even with a reservation at 7:30pm on a Sunday, I still had to wait close to 30 minutes to be seated, if that tells you how popular this place is.
