Write the letter and have the relevent case number listed. You can file that document at the clerk's office in a similar fashion to a pro se motion. If you are represented by counsel, have them file something bc the court will not look at the letter if you already have an attorney. There is no guarantee the judge will read your document, but this is your best bet.

I don't know.. Call the clerk.. My father was a judge. You might have to go through the state attorneys office
