My experience at the Storage unit was very well. Troy was very helpful, very nice and polite. He helped me learn how to use the key. he’s always welcoming and never made me feel uncomfortable. The Access to the storage unit was easy and simple. The unit did have a little bit of bugs inside which is to be expected. However the bugs never got into my stuff just on top.

Used the storage for about 2 months. Everything that wasn’t in a box had water damage and soot from the ceiling. Couches, mattresses, chairs, tables all ruined. Everything that was in boxes got completely infested with roaches. When I told the front desk about the damage he dismissed it and said “it’s just paper”. I’ve been fighting with the roach infestation and cleaning/repairing everything that was damaged for 2 weeks now since I took everything out of storage. Would never recommend. First and worst storage experience.

I've been a user of public storage for some time now, not only have ive been updated if something were to happen to my unit. I was helped by the most outstanding hardworking individual named Troy. Hats off to you Troy, going out of his way to make sure I was helped, heard, and accommodated would recommend this facility just because of him and his attentiveness.
