I went online to reserve a unit for my father I immediately got a call wanting a detailed description of what personal items would be stored then I was told that I would be required to also purchase Insurance on my unit even though it's only clothes and a old tv I feel like if I tell you I'm storing things from my bedroom I shouldn't have to give anymore details if even that the call felt invasive and not a place I would want to deal with
