This is the only UPS store I will go to. Everyone in the store has the best customer service and is so helpful. I have never once had a bad experience. They are so efficient, nice and always give a receipt. They are quick too. If you’re in a hurry they’ll get you out the door lickety-split. I love the staff here and I love the service!

Unfriendly. They told me I had to put my returned item in a box to ship it back. They want to charge me a box for 350. I double check with Amazon they said NO I do NOT need a shipping box for their check in items. Amazon does this to prevent cardboard waste. Avoid store they want to waste cardboard and money.

you can but there is a random fee of $6.00 a day or ? I would check with UPS what it might be. But I know you can
Monday- Friday they close at 6pm Saturday they close at 5pm and Sunday close at 2pm

Yes it's true. With covid it is best to make an appointment to drop-off or you'll have to wait in line. Nothing sourcing needs to be done with the equipment.
