We found a pair of fairly new Whirlpool washer & dryer set, bought for $649 with $40 delivery charge 4/27/22, with 90 days warranty. Everything worked fine until recently when I saw the washer dripping water slowly after a wash. So I contacted Hanks the week of 7/12 but their truck was in repair until 7/18. Called again & Jo & Forrest came to look 7/21. Came to repair 8/2 but got the wrong part & finally fixed it it 8/3. They honored my warranty. Took awhile but the valve problem was fixed. They apologized because they were very busy. But everyone was polite. Pros: 90 days warranty, good prices if you find fairly new machines, specializes in Whirlpool Cons: can take awhile to come over depending on their schedule & one needs to keep calling.

As of may 2021 hank and his wife delores have retired and the new owners are Orlando Black and Jos'e santiago and they are operating the business under the name of Jo's Appliance. Orlando Black is the person making the daily decisions for the business, but has failed to make it clear on any online platform. If anyone has a positive post or a complaint i suggest that they contact the better business bureau, oregon ombudsman, yelp, or leave a review on line but please refer to Jo's appliance not Hanks Appliance because hanks appliance has no control over what Orlando Black or Jo's appliance does on a daily basis. If anyone would like any information on Jo's appliance i suggest that they visit Oregon's small business online business registry

Went here to buy new element for my electric dryer. On the phone they told me $20-$50 bucks. When I get there they say it’s $82. I jump on Amazon on my phone and show the owner Jose that its $20 new including all new sensors, but he wouldn’t budge. I was desperate for the part that day (had guests coming) so ended up paying. Felt totally cheated and disgusted. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this shop.

The woman at the front desk was super helpful along with the gentleman who picked up the phone before I arrived here. Being located down 99 their location felt sketchy like I could be gang violenced before I got into the store buti I igot there like 10 minutes before they closioed on a Friday so I really felt like a bad man for being so late...then as I walked up to the front desk the woman working was super nice and diagnosed my burned out heater element within literal seconds and within a minute I had made a purchase and was walking out the door...my dryer element was a good $60-some-odd bucks but it made our dryer work after instillation, so definitely worth it! I would recommend doing the home repair over purchasing a new machine any day and above that I would recommend working with these folks to get the part you need! They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable AF! Thanks again!!

They do.
I expect yes, he sells parts for repair, give him a call once he is open.
I'm sure they would. They will come and pick up broken appliances so it makes sense they'd be happy to have you save them the trip.
Yes, but at wholesale price, not retail
Would you happen to have a pump for model # WF210ANW/AA 01 by chance?
Yes, as long as it is placed outside where they can see it.
