first time here and was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the quick and cheap haircut. only reason not for 5 stars was because of not having my hair blow dried at the end of my cut. walked out of the salon feeling like a mop haha but my hair looks great

All but one person there is extremely nice. The one lady does not go extra step, ask if you want product, no smile, abrupt. So, read the room.. all other stylists are very nice. Cuts i have had are always good. No complaints there.

The manager Katie cutt my son's hair he is 8. She was extremely rude from the start to him and aggressively straightened his head several times. When I complained how she treated my son she said she couldn't get him to sit still. He move no more than any other child and we have never had anyone one threat him this way or complain that he moved too much. At the end she said get out of the chair to him. No gel or anything to even attempt to make the haircut like what we asked for. It was a terrible hair cutt and she should not be working on children if she doesn't have the demeanor or skill level to do the job. Will never go back.

Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
