It's always a good idea to go introduce yourself to the hiring manager. At which point you tell him you like to have a job. Make sure you dress nice and very professional manner. You need to really stand out in the manager's mind that your professional you're very eager for the job. And which point he will tell you whether you go online or fill out something with him. Make sure you follow his instructions perfectly and then in about 3 or 4 days ago touch base with him again. I hire people regularly and if somebody doesn't come back a second time to check on their application I don't consider them serious and I throw their application out. I followed his instructions I'm sure you'll get a job. Good luck my friend
