Nice selection and the oysters I purchased were a great price and were nice and fresh. What I don't quite get, is, I am shopping there and the staff are seemingly snobby and pretentious when you have a questiion. So,while I could have spent more time and money, I found myself wanting to leave.

This is the best spot for good quality and organic meat! Also they have amazing sandwiches and beer on tap! I love the produce too and the prices! My favorite store to shop at in Grants Pass!

First I’d like to say I order bbq brisket sandwiches from here often. They are a popular store and sometimes I have to wait for my sandwich and I don’t usually mind. I’m kind to retail workers because I am one and I let mistakes slide because we’re all human. Today I called for 2 bbq brisket sandwiches. After waiting on hold for 12 minutes they finally answered and the woman who answered was the rudest, snooty, condescending person I’ve ever spoke to. My husband went to pick up the order 15 minutes later and had a couple of issues right off the bat. The deli manager came and told him that she was going to give him one of our sandwiches for free because she felt it was over cooked (ok that’s nice, right?) He comes home and we have 2 thinly sliced tri tip sandwiches with no cold slaw and barely any sauce. He calls the store and says hey these are not what we ordered. This woman said YES IT IS. That is out bbq brisket. He said no it is not and because this woman cared more about being right she argued as condescendingly as possible. He told her there’s not even any cold slaw on here and she said oh yes there is I watched so & so put it one them. I’m here with my jaw on the floor because this lady is either a monster or out of touch with reality so we both return to the store to get out money back while she’s telling me what I see with my own eyes and what I know is untrue. I told her I’m not upset about the sandwich mistake that she wouldn’t even cop to. I am mad at how rude you’re being. So while we are waiting at the register to get our money back she walks over to us with the sandwich we just returned and there was a pile of cold slaw UNDERNEATH my sandwich which was not there before. I’m watching the employees of the store look very stressed because imo mrs no it all seems like she creates a lot of chaos in that environment. I feel bad for all of them. This lady shouldn’t be running anything. Sad day for me but I will not be returning there after this. If there was an actual leader in that building who knew how to communicate this wouldn’t have happened. Big thumbs down 👎👎👎 for the bully behind the counter. Do better Cartwrights

I've been coming to Cartwrights for 2 years now, since moving to Grants Pass. I particularly like their dely which reminds me of the delies in Holland. Great selection, meats and fish and specialties galore make this store a must stop for me. I now shop there weekly on Fridays.

Yes, there is a senior day discount day - every Wednesday. 10% discount.
I doubt it unless you call and make special arrangements. They just opened a third store, so they are kinda maxxed. Cartwright meats is a brick and mortar store. Just go there and stock up. They are very helpful in that regard.
Cartrights is the best meat market in town
Yes they do and will fix a tray to your desires...
Yes, they sell bones! Cartwright's is wonderful for everything !
Yes
Yes they accept EBT
The price on lobster changes frequently with the market price (that's always the case with lobster) Cartwrights does always have filet mignon and they run specials not infrequently but I don't think it's a set schedule. They have special deals on bulk meat but I'm not sure lobster is included.
M-F 7:00pm
Yes they do.
They home raise the beef right outside Grant's pass. They have the best beef un Oregon.thats why it costs a little more than the bug chan store junk you see.
their selection is awesome. Sticky hands isn't currently one of them. Call ask for Jamie the owner and request it.
I'm with Randy. I don't believe they do either.
Wednesday
Has the best hot dogs ever!!! Yummy's...
Really not sure. You should call and ask, and they can help or refer to a vendor.
Cartwrights is all about customer service-- might be a good idea to call in and order ahead to make sure they have what you're asking for.
If you have questions, you could call the store. They are very friendly.
I'm afraid you would have to call the store to get that information.
They have organic produce, but no salad bar.
They do not. But they will ice down your purchases. Albertsons has dry ice.
Every Day they have a list you can pick up at the store what's on sale.Ithink the big sale is right before memorial day weekend.
I really don't know but it is a full meat department and they cut Meats special and do all kind of specialty things so it is a very chance they do.
