Updated review: purchased a load of curbside groceries and it was as to be expected except the caterpillar ridden half dead corn which was passed off as produce. If this is a reason not to shop there or to go in and do your own work this is it.

I grabbed a few things for a friend of mine who just had dental surgery. They had ice cream on sale for $3.99, it rang up at $5.99. I didn't notice it at first but did before I left the store. I immediately went back to the stoic cashier who saw me coming and put a grumpy mug on her face. I explained to problem. She got a young man to go check the price. It was $3.99 with a digital coupon. She snarkly asked if I had a coupon. I told her I didn't even know where to get a "digital" coupon. She said... " Then it's $5.99 " Wow...you need to do a lot of research to shop at that store in order to get the same benifits of a sale. And don't forget your Safeway card or you won't get those sales either. But, the guy behind you who has the same product AND his Safeway card gets the sale. Not fair and very snotty employees. Where's the benifit to shop there when their prices are so much higher than most others.

It was very busy and the manager seemed a little late overwhelm. They were very short staff and one staff working the self check out was trying. She had a customer that really was not nice. The manager told the customer I will make sure my staff treats customers better. But when one customer came over to get a bag for her food to put in. The manager said you can wait at your 4 until someone can get to. When the lady said I am just going to leave then the manager said know you can't you already started checking out. Then the manager went over to put bags in so the lady could check out. That was a good 15 minutes.
