Some of the staff are rude. After four hours waiting in agonizing pain, they don’t listen to you, they try to move you through there as quick as possible, with the diagnosis they see as easy, it’s like when the doctor comes in his focus is on how to talk you out of their, apparently that’s what they went to school for. Then the nurse speaks to you like a baby while getting you your discharge papers. It’s not their job to care for or fix people’s medical condition, it’s their job to work the system and keep people wearing a mask.

Horrible experiences when my grandmother passed away here. Prior to her dying my uncle and I came in for a final visit to find her slumped over the side of the bed with her head touching the ground. Nurses argued they come in for routine checks and this must have just happened to her. Straps are supposed to be used for patients who are fall risks. When my mother was in here year before last for epilepsy among other problems she was given medication that caused her to have a stroke in 2020 under there "care" nurses denied everything until the doctor admitted what happened.

I came to three rivers late one evening because i was starting to pass a kidney stone. I have a history of kidney stones and knew what was happening. I checked in at ER and was triaged fairly quickly. I was told it wouldn't be long to see a doctor. After a 10 hour wait, i had passed the stone in the lobby (writhing in pain) . I finally saw the doctor and he gave me 2 vicodin (which i told him i was allergic too) and sent me home. I later got a bill from asante for 2500 dollars for that visit. I tried to fight the bill and they wound up garnishing my wages anyway. I have good insurance as well. Take the drive to providence. This hospital only wants your money. They do not care about providing any kind of medical treament .

I went to the emergency room and told them I thought I was having an allergic reaction to antibiotics or that a different infection was going on. My jaw, hands, arms, and legs were swollen, stiff, and painful. They treated me like nothing was wrong and diagnosed me with a dislocated jaw. HILARIOUS. It turns out I had 'serum sickness-like reaction' which can be very serious and is a type of allergic reaction to medication. My pcp and boyfriend put it together after researching and doing more tests the next day. You are better off figuring it out yourself than ever going to this hospital. All of the horror stories should have this place shut down by now. Save yourself and just drive to Providence.

It is on the first floor of the hospital: Asante Imaging.
TRMC was built as a merger between two hospitals, Josephine Memorial (General) Hospital and Southern Oregon Medical Center in 2001.Love my Asante!!
For scheduled appointments, x-ray's are available M-F, 8 am-5 pm (not including major holidays). X-ray's are available for emergency department admissions 24/7. Hope this helps!
General medical patient care and pediatric patient care
I think you would probably have to call the provider who placed your pacemaker and ask who they would recommend you see, though, I would imagine that the one who placed it would want to be the one to see you. That is where I would start.
If you have a prescription on your file you can walk in and get your X-Rays done and walk back out again in the same day
