Yes semis can park here. Not sure what the other folks are talking about. Park in the ice arena parking lot. Shuttles too. Obviously a semi wouldn't park in a ramp. Gotta take some of these reviews with a grain of salt. Some are a few French fries short of a happy meal.
The last time we were there they allowed us to park at the Dakota Ice Center and had a shuttle transport us back and forth. Even had the number for the shuttle posted out there.
Not for big rigs. But close by you can find them and uber in. A target or Wal-Mart lot

If your talking about semis no however some low top trucks will fit. As for pickup trucks if its a 3/4 or 1ton truck you can use the parking ramp at your own risk however they do supply open parking for pickup trucks that dont fit in the ramp.
