This company charged me with a crime I didn’t commit. A person asked me to pick up and item for him which I did and gave the item to him. Next thing I know without any due process or even getting a call from the police I was told I had a warrant for missing court involving something I didn’t do. The casino also gave me some sort of paper work the next time I came stating I could not enter the property and had to pay for the item they said I took. This company doesn’t act with any sort of integrity. The games are fixed so if you hope to win at anything play the card games. If you enjoy having your money taken from you by the electronic games that is a ripoff. They have those games set where very few people win.

The machines that called my name were hot and good to me. Mystic Lake customer service was top notch. I have a few suggestions that would elevate customer experience that is out of hands of employees that are always friendly, approachable, efficient and available when needed. The only negative experiences I've ever had at mystic were because of other customers but could be easily resolved w/simple solutions. Like a guided rope line for next available customer service rep at cashier locations. Unless your willing to speak up many rude people are willing to rush up to next available cashier ahead of many people (me) because they happen to be closer to cashier that is available. And what about a way to hold machine so when alone and need to use restroom or cash a ticket to use cash vs paper ticket or get cash. Obviously, need some rules or leave cash in machine but lock it for no more than a set amount of time. My paper ticket was stolen in amount $5.88 because I didn't want to use $436 paper cash to continue. I tilted chair which I know will be set straight if employee sees but what else do you do? I was within 50ft of cash out machine but even if I walked backwards to machine I had to have back turned briefly and my paper ticket was taken not played. Chair was still leaned so it was intentional theft. Also what about identifying parking lot with colors, numberics anything. Many people aimlessly looking for car including me on 2 occasions. All & all Great time. Machines were hitting and it was fun.

We ate at the Little Six restaurant. Delicious as always. Mike is a wonderful server! Best filet mignon in town. 8 ounce with salad, potato, veggie, and roll for $28.00!!!!

This is a great Casino for a night out. It is located near Mystic Lake Casino. It is a much smaller Casino, which is nice if you don't want to walk around a huge casino like Mystic. The slot machine options are excellent and the staff is friendly. I've had great luck at this Casino multiple times.
