We used to live at this property and everything about our time there was great. The staff are wonderful, great living without the high price tag, and our neighbors were super friendly. Reinanda has always been super helpful and is a joy to be around, taking time out of her busy day to ask how we've been doing when we stop in. I recommend Lake Ridge to anyone who may be looking.

The apartments are nice but the workers are awful! Ever since they fired Louise the amount of respect and care we have received from the leasing office has been far from acceptable. I went in about a missing package and all the lady did was whine about how she has a report she has to do and doesn’t have time to open “all of the boxes” for the Luxor system. She told me she would do it that day and call me but never did. My wife went in 2 days later and got the same response only more aggressive. She yelled at my wife about a report she still hadn’t finished and said she didn’t have time to open “all of the boxes” I understand she has a job to do but part of that job is catering to the individuals that pay money to live there. It would maybe take 15 minutes to open the Luxor system and we couldn’t been done with this two days ago but no. My wife and I have never been so disrespected and dismissed by an employee of an apartment complex in our lives.

We are in the process of building a new house and had a difficult time finding apartments that would accept a short term lease. Our leasing agent (Louise M.) has been a gem to work with and we’re happy to call Lake Ridge Apartments our temporary home. Louise lined us up with an exterior garage when our storage unit at a different location was rented out from under us at the last minute. Lake Ridge is quiet and clean with nice in house amenities.

Lake Ridge is THE luxurious community in Shakopee/ Prior Lake with advanced latest amenities and furnished apartments. They have 24 hour fitness center which is highly convenient. They also have scenic views, trails and YMCA in its surroundings. The Office Staff are professional, helpful as well as friendly while Maintenance staff is available for you 24X7. I have found over the last year that you truly get what you pay for.
