You can't. The appointment is for an individual. If it's an emergency, you can try emailing them.

When I call in for citizenship the recording states the current appointment wait time is 24 months. But when I go on line to schedule an appointment there is nothing available for well past 48 months. All I see is red & black dates well into 2024.
