I plan to visit Spain at the end of September. I have been monitoring the appointment system for one month, but did not see any opening. How could I make an emergency visa request? (I tried to send emails and make phone calls, but no one reply it.)

I wonder how you solved the problem at the end. I bought my ticket to go to Spain to attend a friend's wedding (September 5th - 15th) I am not able to get an appointment for my tourist visa application. Right now it's already 6.28.2019. I am so concerned about this. I am so surprised that I looked into different cities and I don't see any openings so far.. Any suggestions?
