Same happened to me. No response. So I went in person to see if they can do anything. They told me they are not giving appointments for tourist Visa for next 2-3 months at least. And recommended me to get a Visa from different Schengen country.
To look for the appointment go to the website and there is an email, then they will give you all the info to make the appointment and it may take a while till you can make the appointment. Also if you call theh may tell youhow long would it take for them to open appointments and then check every once in a while
