Your only remedy would be to explain the situation to her supervisor and let her real with it according to their protocol.
Go directly to their supervisor with your complaint. If you are unable to get the problem solved, then try to get in touch with their supervisor. Send letters, take notes and keep track of any correspondence. I've heard other people with the same problem. They aren't seeing the people in their case load so they should be able to talk to you. My worker has always returned my call.
