You need to get there early so they can schedual your apointment in the afternoon
U have to just walk in & go fr there. It ALL depends on "your" situation.........
Due to Covid, appointments are usually completed over the phone. There's been an increase workers caseloads, so it can take a few days for your worker to return your call. Some workers could even be out sick due to covid themselves.
If you have a case worker you call your worker & he or she will set up appointment & mail you a packet & you need proof of income your address and I'd & social security card and ph&e. I'll if you have one. If you don't have a worker then you call the human service agency number and leave a message. Or you can go down to the building and the front desk can answer questions as well
Thank you for your help! I have a worker and i already call him but he did not answer my call so now i need an appointment and i don’t know how to get it during the covid 19.
