Depends on the situation. Should be someone there to cover if you walk in
12-2:30 usually are the hours that you don't want to go because there's never enough workers at the counters to help everybody out and the lines are long and ridiculous because most of the workers are out to lunch.
So every worker also does CF in the building. There should be someone to cover lunch, but again always call your worker prior to coming in. It helps shorten your wait time and gives your worker the chance to review your case prior to you coming in
