I think once a person is attracted to another it doesn't matter where they are unfortunately. As a customer I personally would have pulled him to the side and told him to start working and stop flirting. If you're still upset with the matter I would call and just remain anonymous and tell them how you feel. I've gone in there many times and I see people talking to each other all the time. As far as flirting obviously I haven't seen that but for the price of that place I wouldn't pay 4 their show. I think that place has a lot of Pride so I think they would want to know if someone isn't acting in a professional manner.
Did you need anything or just irritated by the unprofessional display? It's unfortunately common practice in that industry, especially casual dinning. You could always leave a complaint through their corporate website.
