Simply put, this is a one-star long-term stay motel. WiFi didn't work. Our room reeked of smoke (non-smoking room). The light fixtures and switches were in disrepair. The bed was covered in pet hair. I wished I had spent a few $ more on a better place, but was unable to cancel the reservation. The staff were unable to switch our rooms, but did try to make minor improvements. This simply isn't a vacation motel...

Nostalgia Arcade

Was told over the phone that one roo. Was left and if I didn't make it before 11pm (it was currently 10:47 pm) I would t be able to get the room at a offered price of 84 dollars. I rushed, speeding the whole way and ran in to get the room, only to be told the total was 190 dollars, because of a deposit. I did not have enough for this and needless to say, left there furious and without a place to stay. Why not inform people over the phone that this would happen? The girl who was working that night had this snobby attitude about her that would make anyone unhappy and I would suggest replacing her with someone with more intelligence who is capable of working a customer service job. As a veteran of customer service jobs for nearly a decade in my early 20's I can say, there's a certain person. For the job and she was not it. Won't return to this place again and I recommend driving down the road.

The door didn't work properly. The plumbing was horrible. The remote didn't work. The shower was dirty..... Meaning a bug was smashed on the wall in the shower. The shower curtain was full of stains. The night staff was actually cool. The daytime staff is horrible. They are crooks and try to do what they can to get your security deposit..... I was here only because of business and this place handles bad business.

Positive: We did not like Anything about this hotel. It was in a sketchy neighborhood with drug addicts outside. We did not even stay an hr. No one was comfortable and we ended up leaving and losing our money. Negative: The hotel room was dirty and smells like cigarettes. The bed sheets were full of ashes. We asked to be moved to another room which also smelled bad with blood stains and unidentifiable stains on sheets. It was disgusting. The bathroom was horrible!
