Does the Veterans services office provide any kind of assistance for disabled veteran with regard to being evicted by a property owner for heating issues and repairs that have not been done?

Brad this would be more of an issue helped by US Department of Housing and Urban Development at Hud.gov or Department of Consumer Affairs at dca.ca.gov. The California VSO helps with: Education, Employment, Healthcare, House (home loans and housing programs), Advocacy for federal and state benefits and VA claims. As far as I know, they are not equipped to handle rent eviction manners. I hope the above two agencies can assist you.
