Sean and his team have always been the leader in customer service around here. Long time customer of this place. Today was just another positive experience. Needed two sets of track day tires mounted. Called and was told to swing by. Dropped off with no appointment, helped immediately by Dean, all with a super personal interaction. Sales and parts are always a treat as well. I’ve spent a lot of time in different facets of the Motorsports industry and am glad Sean and team are in my backyard. Thanks, as always!

Our family has spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this location. This has been the only location we go to, and we have always loved supporting this business. Today, my husband went to bring in his Kawasaki Dirt Bike in to have the forks fixed, back tire replaced and change the oil. He checked with them before to ensure they could help and they said yes, turn around time would be about a week. He went to drop the bike off today and they told him that he would need to bring the bike home and figure out how to take it all apart himself and then bring it back in. My husband explained to them that if they are a SERVICE department, they should be able to help with this service. They told him that it doesn't take that long... well, if it doesn't take that long, and we want to pay for them to help us with this because we want to ensure that it is done correctly, why can't they provide this service in the same time frame, I'm a little bit confused. We have a family of 4, we all ride - again, we have always bought all our equipment, jerseys, apparel, boots, helmets, and more here. To be treated like this after being such a loyal family to this location is appalling. We were getting ready to gear up to purchase a side by side, and will 100% NOT being coming back to this location. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Their service department doesn't care, all they care about is YOU MAKING IT EASIER ON THEM, not the other way around which is how they should be operating. Roseville Motorsports, you should be disappointed in your service department's customer service and how your clients are treated.

Went in today to have my battery replaced on my jet ski. 170$ for a battery that wasn’t even fully charged!! I had to go buy a trickle charger for my battery for my jet ski yo even start. I understand prices have gone up but this is ridiculous! I have bought lots of batteries for toys and never had anyone tell me that batteries only come partly charged. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

We had a great experience here at Roseville Motorsports and will definitely be returning. Wyatt was very knowledgeable and sweet to our 3yo son. He smiled the whole time and made my little guy comfortable. It was so refreshing to actually speak to kind, willing to work and knowledgeable people throughout the whole store. Thank you for giving customers a comfortable place to shop during these crazy times. We appreciate the normalcy! Thank you Wyatt, keep up the hard work, you will definitely go far in this world.
