Terrible experience! Disgusting company! The tracking says that the package has been delivered, but it is not. There is no proof of delivery. After investigation, nothing more than a simple answer that the package has been delivered. Terrible staff and unresponsive person and driver for the package

I find it absolutely astonishing that a company that used to set the standard when it came to deliveries has fallen so far. The damaged packages that may never show at all to the poor attitude of the driver's. Also the great customer service you used to get on the phone is all automated now and they say if you have an issue tell it to Facebook or Twitter. Lastly I did a little research and found that all of our Northern California centers are in the trash as well. So sad maybe it's time to try Fed-Ex.

DO NOT USE UPS! I'm fuming! I'm trying to find out what happened to a delivery they claim was delivered but tracking shows that it was delivered back to Rocklin! I need to ask if it's there but it's impossible to talk toa human. It used to be the best for delivery, but UPS is now the worst. You can't talk to anyone and leaving a message here is a waste too. Look at the answers. They are all the same for poor ratings. They use a robot to answer both. Impossible to talk to an agent if they even have them anymore. If not impossible I'd think the drivers are robots too. They mess up all the time. They have the worst customer service...NONE! DON'T USE THEM!

The worst customer service in the industry for Sierra Meadows UPS hub. The short guy infront with glasses ( Sam ) started to yell very loud at me and acting in a Threatening out of control violent way because I ask him please be careful with the fragile package very nicely. So he exploded at me and the supervisor. The supervisor was not much help either. I think she was scared of him going postal. Not a good customer service, Threatening customers like that. I will never use ups again. Sad to see people out of control like that needs help mentally. Especially treating people from other countries like that. Around 4:30 pm 9/14/2021
