I will say the location is well-kept and the employees were friendly. But I was so upset about their return policy! They stated I could not return a brand new bought one day ago pair of boots because I had literally walked outside with them they were clean no scuffs no issues (hurt my toes) that was the only reason! They need to be more open about their return policy I’ve never heard of a policy like that before.

Went there looking for a picticular item. The customer service was very poor. Was told they didn't carry that boot and didn't even know what a crepe sole was..I guess I'll just go online to Sheplers.🤣🤣🤠

Really enjoyed the worship. The songs were prophetic declarations. As a guest I was disappointed that pastor was traveling because I've heard such great things about him but the guest speaker brought a good message. I was very touched that they took an offering for a single mom. This seems to be a group of believers that truly love God. To top it all off, they have a coffee bar. My mocha was great!

I walked in looking for a good American made boot for ever day use. This place is selling a cheaply made supply of boots made in China. Supporting a communist country. Other foreign countries well. Real cool, Boot Barn.👎😁
