There is a parking fee of $10 per day. The permit they give you is valid for other state parks in the area too. Apart from that there is a 15 min free parking spots available by the beach and also inside the park.

You can park for free at the vista point and along the street, but parking inside is $10.

If you can find street parking i believe its free but you will have to walk and entrance is free. If you want to park inside and go to the visitors center you will have to pay the parking fee of $10. Went on July 4 and there was plenty of parking inside and stayed majority of our day there at the beach. Go during low tide and check out the tide pools!

Day parking is $10. They often oversell the sites, but you can get your money back on request, or they'll let you use the 15 minute lot all day with the pass if you ask.

Just the parking fee

No there isn't. You have 15 minute parking for free. Not sure if long term parking is paid or free. People drive up around sunset time and park in the 15 minute parking place. Watch the sunset from their cars and leave.
