Can I get a driver's license and register my car at the Capitola MVD? The system won't allow me to make an appointment and it's the closest location to UCSC.

Yes. This DMV is very systemic. They know how to expedite the process. There is a nice gentleman there to guide people to show which window to go to.

Yes. When I went in late morning, it wasn't crowded. I had no trouble making an appointment though. Try again.
