Yes they do, it's offered until 3pm, costs ~12.95$ - and it's all you can eat. There is a choice of about 8 different things, plus a lot of salads, etc. And you can choose from different types of Naan, I think that's also included in the price, but I'm not 100% sure.
I am not sure about buffet as we went in evening , also we haven't came across any buffet details
