Took my car for an oil change that only had 11k miles but the sticker they printed had 111k miles. When I requested to correct the miles on their system and print me another sticker they refused instead they tried to correct it on the sticker with the marker. I’ m planing to sell my car and I know Carfax collects data from their system, thanks to their mistake( Jiffy Lube) now my car has extra 100k miles in their system and my car price got devalued for thousands of dollars. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The very first drive after getting an oil change, my van check engine light went on and it it started driving rough. I pulled over and smoke was coming out of the engine and oil was everywhere. When I checked the oil dip stick, there was no oil left in the engine. I had to get the van towed to the dealership (22 miles away) and they diagnosed the problem due to improper oil filter install (seal was crimped). I had all the documents and called Jiffy lube and talked to the assistant manager and told him that I would like to stop by and talk to him about a refund. When I got there, they told me that there was no assistant manager, GM or anyone who could help me. They told me that I had talked to someone who didn't have authority to do a refund. I can't believe this is how they run their operation.
