I don't think bestbuy replaces watch batteries, but if you are in the Gilroy area in the outlets the Time Factory Watch Outlet will replace your watch battery. They have replaced watch batteries for me as I waites, very fast and friendly service.

In the same parking lot there is are a bunch of "cart vendors". One specialty is watch batteries/replacement. My mother had her battery replaced while we were waiting for the geeksquad to finish the repair. It is next to Starbucks.
