As a person who worked in the city of Gilroy for over 12 years and closelywith Law Enforcement....I want to say "Good Job". The events that took place on July 28th 2019 will.be forever etched in all persons involved in this tragic incident. Ten years ago we may have had a lot more casualties. We are in a social climate of "active shooter" . Set aside the politics, gun control, mental illness.....see something say something......if you can do something. I commend the Chief Of Police, Scot Smithee (new rookie when I worked there in 1986) for his fortitude and compassion. Gilroy will survive, yet at big part of its innocence has been tarnished. To all....don't point fingers.....count blessings.

Called the department today for a neighbor who would not leave my property and was threating me. The dispatcher that answered was extremely rude and didnt seem to care at all. She seemed mad she had to answer the phone. I asked to send a unit when they had some time. I called at 9am and it is now 6pm. Noone showed up to resolve the problem. I doubt she even contacted a patrol unit. Very unfortunate. Police are the life blood of the American people and I have the upmost respect for them. But in this instance I was ignored and left to deal with the hostile situation alone. Granted it was not an emergency but i recieved no service at all and was completely ignored. Hope they can hire some dispatchers that actually care about people and there problems.

I need to know if my wife is breaking the restraining order by hacking in my yahoo email. i have more harrassment to deal with I want to put a stop to it , i called the police for suggestions hopefully she gets arrested. Nowvia Google Voice
