Great experience and so many Palm options that other places didn’t have (like the Mule Palm). The experienced gentleman(unfortunately do not remember his name) that shows you around and tags things is very patient and pleasant and knows the prices of anything you ask about. Sal the owner is very pleasant and delivered our Mule Palms super quick (like 2 days after we bought them!) when we mentioned we had a deadline to meet and took our 5 palms into the backyard for us which we were not expecting but was sooo appreciated! All around great experience and we’ll definitely be going back when we need anything tropical!

The shop carries a wide range of palms (and other plants) and I bought a rare Mexican Blue Palm here at a very reasonable price. I was a little worried from reading other reviews about surly staff, but the staff that helped me was very friendly and accommodating - he showed me where the palm was, waited patiently while I picked one, packed it nicely, and made sure it fit in our small car. Highly recommended!

I bought 5 palm trees from Sal at this business. Three of them are doing ok, and the other two died about 2 weeks after I had them. I asked Sal for help on reviving the trees. After multiple attempts to try and get some compensation for these tress, Laura at their business office told me in the fine print they do not reimburse after 48 hrs. ( I was told by Sal he would give me 50%). Please do not trust this place. Get your trees elsewhere. I was also charged $280 dollars for delivery. And they never helped me plant them because that was another $400....
