I come with my son for his appointment and we’re in and out in 30 minutes. I come with my daughter for her appointment for the exact same thing I’m here 1hour and 30 min and counting with the same amount of people in the lobby. There’s definitely a problem here. But yet I can hear in the background the nurses and doctors laughing and sounding like there having a good ol time conversating. You think they care about there patients. My guess is not.

I had a phone appointment with them, I was phoned 3 times day of appointment to be ready by their staff. I literally sat around for 6 hours with the phone in my hand, the doctor never called. I even left messages with their answering service, and I still haven't heard from them a week and a half later. I've been to the E.R twice since this occurred which could have been totally avoided if their professional staff, was actually professional! This place is a joke when it comes to the doctors. I feel neglected and I don't recommend this place..... "F*** them"

The front people are so rude to my mom every time she goes they always makes her fill out paper work they’re supposed to do. My mom also had an appt that she wasn’t even supposed to have and they didn’t let her know until she got there and she had another issue and they didn’t see her for it since it wasn’t the reason Of appt when you can simply change it since she wasn’t due for the reason of appt !!

I had an awesome experience last night at the Foothill clinic. I was seen just a couple of minutes after arriving. Jennifer was very informative with me about getting the flu shot which I was previously skeptical about but I will definitely go back with them to get it because she made me aware of how important it is.
