This review is ONLY for the skinny lady whose serving window 6 looks like hispanic with shoulder length straight blonde colored hair! This is the very first time we encountered someone who gave my mom and I so much attitude just because she needs to explain what we need to bring for my mom's ID! She told us that the documents that we brought isn't going to work because it needs to be under my mom's name ONLY! (I handed her residential documents under my name & certified copy of document to show proof of relationship which she declined!) and so I asked again and I asked NICELY TO CLARIFY if i can use my residency documents BUT SHE STILL SAID NO! it has to be under my mom's name ONLY! even after explaining to her that we live in the same address! looks like she has HER OWN policy then! She even said "DIDN'T I JUST EXPLAINED THAT TO YOU THREE TIMES?! YOU HAVE TO FIGURE THAT OUT HOW TO GET THOSE DOCUMENTS!" Really?! Didn't DMV hired you to assist and explain to customers so that they can understand clearly what to bring and give them proper assistance?! Isn't that your Job? Why such attitude?! You handed us a dmv paper which shows what to bring "see the picture here" I attached it for you to REVIEW YOURSELF! Oh by the way she rejected the proof of relationship document because she said it's "JUST A COPY" Could you re-read the dmv paper u handed to us? You even lectured us that you get training to know if the document is "just a copy" I handed you a CERTIFIED COPY!! Same one I always use even at immigration and passport agencies and NEVER EVER HAD problems with it! You want original as in from the hospital record?! Clearly you are not paying attention during your training! You raised your voice and turned us away and told us to figure out ourselves how to get those documents which ONLY shows my mom's name! For the record, You can be nicer and explain to a senior citizen politely what needs to be done or at least answer questions in a polite manner, you get asked same questions everyday anyway right?! Yet you chose to show us your bossy attitude! You are rude and disrespectful! And lastly, before lecturing us TRY TO REVIEW your own job because you are the one that needs lecturing! include your behavior as well! Too young yet too disrespectful! You are serving a government setting facility or a state facility which serves and pledge to help people and citizens that need assistance but it looks like you are NOT a good fit there because you DON'T have PATIENCE and YOU HAVE NO WILLINGNESS TO HELP!!!

First appointment there was a power cut. Renewed my driver's license with the same expiration date (?!). Second appointment weeks later the system was down again. Was told to make a third appointment.

The ladies were really rude and had so much attitude!!! My husband asked twice if someone spoke Spanish and the worker at the first line told him to go stand in a different line twice without even responding yes or no to his question. Once we went to the other line a lady came and asked if we had an appointment and we walked up and told her yes then she said “I was just asking you don’t need to walk up you can go back in line” and she had the worst attitude!! When we finally got help I told them that if the instructor was able to speak some Spanish to him since he knows very little English and she told me no because it’s not allowed and he needs to know English! When we went outside I was going over the major words he needed to know and some lady told me to LEAVE and go inside because I’m not allowed by the car area and when I told her I was sorry that I just wanted to go over the words with him bc we barley found out he couldn’t speak any Spanish during the behind the wheel test she said no she’s been working there for years and these were the rules. These ladies were so rude!! I feel like just because the have a job that they hate they take it out on everybody!! I would think Latina women would love to help out other Latinos and at least explain the rules and regulations In Spanish but NO! They gave off racist vibes
