BMC HealthNet Plan in New Hampshire is called Well Sense. They are the same. BMC HealthNet Plan covers Massachusetts only, and Well Sense Plan covers NH only. It is the same exact company, just a different name because of the state. Contact New Hampshire Medicaid and Masshealth both to make them aware of your address changes, and so they can then change your plan to the NH one and help you get on NH medicaid.
No. You need to get NH insurance. I would call BMC and find out what programs they have in NH. Or, call whatever city/county you're moving to and apply before you move
