Why doesn't the member service phone number on the back of the card work. Everytime I have called it I end up on hold. The longest I could take was 90 minutes plus so I hung up. I have been calling this for 3 weeks not a single live conversation.

I keep calling every number related to any of the offices and I get transferred to the same person’s voicemail and never get a call back. Horrible business practices here. Morning noon early or late all week days and no answer EVER! Just transfers to voicemail every single time. I think we should all go to the locations directly and knock on the door. I bet there’s no one in the offices at all. Just a joke
