There are elevators throughout the hospital, so yes it is handicapped friendly. If you want to avoid a walk from the parking lot to the building itself, they have free valet parking. Just pull up to the front door and they'll take care of parking for you.

Thank you for responding however I am going to be there after valet parking closes. I really need to park close enough to walk without too much pain. Hopefully I will be able to locate a spot close to an entrance and elevator. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks again
