My most sincere apology. Cleanliness is essential to the success of a restaurant. We know how important it is to have clean bathrooms, dining areas, the outside, dishes, etc. I have no excuse for what you saw and experienced on this visit. My assurances your concerns will be addressed by our General Manager and Regional Director. Thank you for taking the time to let us know we disappointed you by failing to meet our own operating standards.

I've had multiple problems like yours in this restaurant and spoke to various managers every time. Nothing seems to help.
