I'm not sure we've been there twice but both times where actual events so we had tickets already.
Most all of the events I've been to we had to pay at the gate before we could even walk the grounds inside.
Yep a charge for just about every event you would have to Google the event calendar
Depends on what is there. Sometimes when there is a drifting or autocross event you can get in for free. Otherwise everything else is a charge as far as I know
