If you go online to Walmart.com and select "contact us" or call the 1 800 number on the receipt you can request to speak with "Corporate Management" and make an "Escalated Complaint" just be sure to have the EXACT ADDRESS AND STORE # of the specific Walmart you're calling about... I recently had to do this myself in regards to a situation concerning my partially disabled mother.. The situation I called in regards to was handled within 48hrs of my call.. Hope this helps!
