I found my product, but had to wait too long for someone to get it off the top shelf. I found employee on a ladder one aisle over, but he explained that he had two more customers ahead of me. After explaining that he had no help, he disappeared. Right before I decided to leave the store, someone else walked by. He took the time to retrieve my $300 item and I was on my way. I did inform him that the guy who promised to help me got MIA.

I've been in numerous times and I try to get help and it takes too long for someone to be found to help me. I can stand there n not looking at anything n have employees walk by me and not offer help. Wood saw is broken, asked for help. Was told to go to customer service n se if they cold help. I told woman employee the situation n she told me she couldn't help. I had to ask for manager, CLIFF came n listenesd n offered a solution for me. It's like they don't want be helpful.

Most of their stores train people to do pro sales even after the pro-sale desk is closed. We've even talked to the people who work in pro-sale and they said we should not have to have a problem getting our merchandise but the store in high point NC ALWAYS GIVES US A PROBLEM. WE WORK WITH A COMPANY CALLED VINEBROOK that spends billions or more dollars each year and it gets so frustrating when the High Point NC store ALWAYS GIVES US trouble. The store managers need to have a meeting so all their stores are doing the same protocols. 😡😡😡

Absolutely horrible experience. Been shopping at Home Depot for years and this was by far the worst experience. Took forever for somebody to help us. Then when he started helping us he completely quit and started helping another customer. Turned the corner and my husband hit his head on a sign so hard it knocked him down and caused a knot on his head. Tried to find someone after that happened to tell them but nobody seemed to care. Will be taking my business elsewhere

Screening calls is perfectly fine for privacy reasons. However HOME DEPOT doesn't have that excuse. These are just employees and a business that do not care. My business belongs to LOWES.
