Hi Maureen. We sell both new and previously rented furniture. Our previously rented furniture is thoroughly cleaned, treated, and refurnished. We do occasionally carry outdoor and porch furniture as well. Thanks for the question!

They sell it all. MOST items are used, some listed as "Slightly used". Lots of then in great conditions. Becasue the items are previously used such as used for staging or were used at office buildings briefly, they can't be guaranteed to have exactly what you are looking for in stock
Yes they do sell. But very less items are of porch furniture. Most of them are used and they look new.
