One of the employees just tested positive for covid after going into my grandmother’s house WITH NO MASK. Not only is this unprofessional but it’s just so wrong that the owner hasn’t made it clear to the employees that wearing a mask around elderly in their house isn’t just a recommendation it’s a requirement. I advise that no one use this service if you care about your family members.

They may be good to patients but they discriminated against me because of my health and the fact that I take medications. At first I had the job we were talking about schedules and hours but when it came to the drug test and the fact that I had a disability and take medications they didn’t want to hire me again. What happened to me was completely wrong.

The people that Home Instead have sent are very 'high quality'--very well-chosen for the specific care recipient, very good care givers in general, very competent people who inspire trust. They are happy to work with me to try to find a good care-giver fit.When our regular person is not available, the substitute is also very good and competent and I don't need to stay to meet them and make sure they know what they're doing.
