Had an estimated delivery date, no updates on that delivery until a Friday at 3pm, was told I would have a delivery Monday morning 7-8am. Been sitting here since 7am, and now told my delivery may come by 930. Figure out how to make a scheduled delivery AND STICK TO IT.

Please be VERY cautious when getting involved with this company. My wife and I recently had an expensive piece of furniture delivered to us. The delivery driver, Chris, was fine to deal with. Nice on the phone. Helpful on site. He was just about to leave when my wife and I noticed some clear damage to the back of the box so she got his attention. We took a look and the back of our piece was cracked in two places. He called the office to speak with Dorothy and this is where things took a turn for the worse. She was haggling about some detail or other and essentially wanted to push the blame away from them and make it our problem to take up with the company from which we purchased the piece. Long story short, if you can avoid dealing with SFL, do it. If you can't, when the driver comes, hand him/ her a glass of water and a chair and tell them to get comfortable. Make them wait AS LONG AS YOU WANT to inspect the piece. Don't let them rush you. Check the piece over top to bottom AND THEN CHECK IT AGAIN. AND THEN A THIRD TIME. They are a slippery little company that wants nothing more than to get the piece to you and wash their hands of it so please be extra careful. And, honestly, if you have a spouse or a kid that can video record the entire process on a phone, that probably is not a bad idea just for documentation purposes. It is a shame that people like Dorothy exist in today's world but we as consumers have to be prepared to deal with them so that is why I am trying to advise everyone to be extra careful when dealing with this slimy company.

I went there to pick up a FedEx package. The process is impersonal, no signage, no one to let you know what's going on, it took 45 minutes for them to bring our package out, it was in perfect shape, but the whole time, we had no item if they were even doing anything, or even if we were where we needed to be once they did bring it out. They just need to look at there process from a customer's point of reference.

If I could give this company minus stars, I would. They have messed up 3 deliveries to my home in 2 weeks. First, not delivering one of 4 boxes of outdoor furniture that was to be delivered to my home. Then claiming 2 weeks later that they found the missing box with my furniture and delivered a package that was not my furniture but rather merchandise (not even furniture) that belongs to someone else. Then they delivered a grill that I ordered to my neighbor's home down the street rather than mine. The neighbor had to cart this huge, heavy grill to my home so they could have their driveway back! This company is abysmal. Absolutely the worst!
