Thank you for asking. All of our employees do wear masks and masks are required to shop within the store. We also have a hand sanitizer at the station and are sanitizing donated items before putting them on the floor. We did stop all donation pick-ups from peoples homes to avoid exposure of our staff. We started closing at 5pm instead of 6pm to allow time for our closing employees to sanitize all highly used surfaces and handles. Social distancing is also quite easy in our store as we have 40,000 sqft and it never feels too crowded, even on our busiest days. We did close the store in March of 2020 and re-opened in May of 2020 and we have thankfully not had any COVID cases amongst our staff and we are working with the public every day. If you have any further questions be sure to let us know :)

Everyone working on the floor are supposed to wear a mask, there's a sheet of plexiglass at the register so they get a pass. Volunteers have to wear masks. The store also has limited the number of occupancy inside. There's signs posted at both entrances also. I haven't seen anyone say can't enter without a mask but good luck getting help if your not wearing one. Just like anywhere else, if you're worried about it take care of you.

I was just there last week and I didn't see any of the employees even wearing a mask
