No. While this habitat for humanity has many programs to help with housing, they all require process that can take weeks or months.
No it's not a shelter it's an non profit organization. That provides many services in an array of area in life u might need. I don't believe I can answer the immediate housing adequately. You can call HNds of Hope& Bridges to Housing which within Habitat for Humanity. Three can assist with first month rent & deposit. Call earlier in the mirning. You know the better.
Habitat for humanity process is too complex and drawn out. You're better off going to Hands of Hope and yuba City or Marysville and asking them for help. If you need assistance, they work with every agency locally and would be your quickest way for help. They can refer you to a program called R.E.S.T. which helps families find immediate housing and shelter. There's a program called Bridges to Housing (they are also very difficult to deal with and offer no immediate help; and they will try to put you in any slum dump they can to just say they housed you. They don't care.) Another local program is called Rapid Rehousing. But Rapid Rehousing is usually out of funding. (Where's all that money going!?) But start at Hands of Hope. The ladies working these places WILL help you (if you're trying to help yourself; but be real honest, they can spot a phony tweaker easy) 😂 good luck and I hope this helps.
